Gretzels and Guba have critiqued the traditional leadership
catigorizations of Laissez Farie, Autocratic and Democratic. They have
postulated new categories, namely, "ideographic", "nomothetic" and
"Transactional." I am having some difficulties finding adequate
literature about these new dimensions. Can you assist me?

I believe you are referring to Getzels and Guba.
