I'm curious to know if there's a way to receive frequent flyer miles
by using my existing credit card. Rather than applying for a new
"miles card" or something of the sort, do any airlines have programs
where you can sign up with your existing credit card company to
receive miles?

Hi!

What kind of credit card do you have (company and issuing bank)?

Thanks!
