In the Autumn 1997 issue of Story (a literary journal that was widely
distributed but has since gone out of business),  there's a short
story called "Drunks" by Jeff MacGregor.  I edit a literary journal
myself, the Land-Grant College Review (www.lgcr.org), and would like
to solcit Mr. MacGregor for a short story for my magazine, but I can't
find his email address.

Here's his biographical information, from Contributors section in the
back of Story:

Jeff MacGregor is a fellow in the graduate creative writing program at
The Ohio State University and a member of the visiting faculty at the
Yale University Summer Writing Program.  He is a humorist who has
written for the New Yorker, the New York Times, the Los Angeles Times,
Aspen Magazine, and Los Angeles Magazine.  He is at work on a
collection of interrelated stories and a novel.  This is his first
published story.
