Dear asgoodasgold,

Provided that the correct owner listed in the records, it must be a
company in the Netherlands, Europe. With a small spelling mistake
corrected, the street address would be "Bovendijk 132" in the city of
Rotterdam. I have searched as many business directories as possible
and found out that only five businesses have their offices at that
address:

- One accumulators wholesaler
- One multimedia productions company
- One catering service
- One steel trading company
- One real estate and tenancy company

Only the last company in the list seems likely to own and lease real
estate in the United States. I did not find any reference to the
director's name, but there is a certain point that indicated that the
person mentioned in the property record is connected with the company:
The correct Dutch spelling of Dekroes is actually "de Kroes", with
Kroes being the actual last name. And the company is named "Kropa", so
it appears likely that the first part of de Kroes' last name is also
the first part of the company name.

So here is contact information for the real estate company;
unfortunately, it proved absolutely impossible to locate an e-mail
address for them:
