I am looking for a Windows application which will report a different
date/time to specific application when they request it.  I believe I
ran into a program of this sort some while ago but can't find it now. 
The purpose of the program is to circumvent certain date/time-based
license restrictions that certain software developers put into their
software.

I am seeking this because one of my favorite programs is no longer
supported and the developer company has ceased to exist, but the
time-restriction still exists in the software.  Currently I have to
change the date/time in Windows each time I start the program, then
switch it back again afterwards.

The desired answer will give me the URL to such a program - preferably freeware.

What software program is it? The reason I am asking is because we
cannot provide a means by which you can circumvent software license
restrictions unless the program has become public domain. In order to
determine that, we'd need to be able to research the history of the
software itself.

The software is called Pointix Scroll++.  I doubt it has been released
to the public domain, however the website pointix.com and associated
company are now apparently defunct.  So I don't know where things
stand as to the legality of it.

Please note that I won't credit an answer unless you can point me to a
software(s) other than the one coffee-fueled-ga has kindly indicated
in the comments below, which pretty much seems to do what I need it to
do already.
