I am trying to find the name of a movie whose description is as follows:
This is a story about a man whose wife is dead, and his single adult
sister, who was an artist, lives with him to help raise his two young
kids.  Near the beginning of the movie, the man comes home and tells
his sister that he is bringing a woman home to dinner the next night. 
The sister realizes that if her brother marries this woman, she will
no longer be needed.  The sister eventually moves out, takes up her
career as an artist (painter), and she falls in love.  The man doesn't
marry the woman because he realizes that she wouldn't be a good mother
to his children.  He asks the sister to move back to his home, but by
now she happily has her own future, and the father is happy that he
didn't marry the wrong woman.  That is the end of the movie.  I saw
this movie on an international flight to/from Europe about 4-6 years
ago, and nobody seems to recognize the movie when I describe it.

If you're looking for a cheap VHS copy of the movie, you might try eBay.

Three copies were listed within the last week on eBay (though none is
currently for sale).

Note that a couple of those auctions received no bids, so you might
