I have an ATI All-in-Wonder 9600pro video card. It can support
resolutions of 1024 x 768 or 1280 x 1024. Unfortunately, my HDTV's
monitor has a native resolution of 1280 x 768. I am looking for a
piece of software to allow my ATI card to run at a resolution of 1280
x 768.
I'm pretty sure I read about software like this a few months a go in
"Home Theater Builder" magazine in an article about media center PCs.
Unfortunately, I threw away the article without noting the software.
I'd really appreciate it if someone could look this up for me. |

Have you had a chance to look at powerstrip?
Thanks.

I did look at it. It looks very interesting. Thanks for the tip.
It's not exactly the product I need, but maybe I can use it on another
box or as a supplement.

Hi,
If you're happy with the software, can I post the recommendation as an answer then?
Thanks.

I'd really like someone to give me the software referenced in the
magazine article but if no-one answers within the week, please go
ahead and I'll accept it as answered.
