Hello sageworksinc-ga:

Before proceeding, I want to clarify. Did you say that you know
people who have registered and are getting paid, as promised?

Thanks.

Hi sageworksinc,

I think what you are talking about is something like this:

http://www.vstore.com/vstore/index.html

You earn commissions every time a customer orders from your "store".
Is this what you have in mind?

All right then sageworksinc

The 'organisation in USA' you ae looking for is undoubtedly paypal.com.

It is a business really, a very succesful one, which was recently aquired
by famous auction company ebay.com.

They, PayPal peple, indeed send you email when someone sends you money.

But, there is a problem, several problems, really, which I will now
address in sequence.

1)Search Terms is: PayPal countries

PayPal does not operates in all countries.
List is growing, but currently does not include countries in Africa.
    Here is the list.
http://www.point-of-impact.com/ss/paypalcountry.jsp
and here is the most current version, listed by PayPal.
http://www.paypal.com/cgi-bin/webscr?cmd=p/gen/approved_countries-outside

There are several resons for this. Some have to do with local and
international regulation, some with fraud prevention.

2) Search Term is: PayPal fraud

PayPal is very vigilant and succesful in fighting fraud.
Users account with PayPal may be, and will be frozen, if goods
 promised are not delivered.

For this reason, you absolutely can not let someone else
to take care of 'shipping the goods'. You are personally
responsible for all shipments. It will not wotk unless you
deliver what you promise AND the customer is happy with the goods.

PayPal team is perhaps best in fighting fraud, read here:
http://www.auctionbytes.com/cab/abn/y02/m09/i26/s02

3) There are many people unhappy with PayPal, becouse their account was
   frozen. Here is one example:
http://www.vendio.com/mesg/read.html?num=10&thread=4533
and here is whole collection of them:
http://www.paypalwarning.com/legal_actions/
It is hard to judge, but it is clear that PayPal is quick
to act when there is a slightest reeason believe that
    dealing is not honest.

4) directory categories: e-commerce

the topic you chose, is complex and lot was written about it.
Google Answers has several top experts in this field.
     Look through the category:

http://answers.google.com/answers/search?catid=1104

      and category

http://dmoz.org/Business/E-Commerce/

and you will find lot of information.

5) There are whole books on the topic, e.g. this one
http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/detail/-/157820061X/qid=1069730143/sr=8-1/ref=sr_8_1/102-6214567-6297751?v=glance&n=507846

6) but what you described"
You pay something for information to someone
and then you just collect the money
"then the rest is left to him he says"

is not described in these books and sites.
It is only described in fraudolent offers,
like the one to which the guy with "Mining Gold on Internet"
responded. He never made any money, I bet.

 So be careful.

7) Some tips for better and faster answers in the future:

It is important to respond to RFCs, as hummer-ga pointed out,
to respond in general:e.g. :Pinkfreud made a very good comment.
What do you think of that?
And not to use CAPITALS unless there is a good reason.
Some researchers like to have their answers rated, so that
they can improve the service. I do. All that may affect a response
to you querry.

Please feel free to ask for clarification if something
is not clear. But do not just repeat the same question.
To clarify the answer I need to know more then the orginal
 question.

or anybody with his answers

Clarification of Answer by hedgie-ga on 26 Nov 2003 07:41 PST
Hello again, sageworksinc-ga

I know where hedgie-ga is.
I am hedgie-ga.
I just gave you answer to your question for $120.
You have just asked me for clarification.

This is your clarification:

Please, do read the help on how to use the service
 http://answers.google.com/answers/help.html

and PLEASE do check your spelling
I assume that your

"Pls who knows where headi-ga is?
or anybody with his answers"

is misspeled "where headgie-ga is?"

When you say 'where' you are not asking for physical location, are you?

I will be monitoring additional requests for clarification (RFC) regarding
your question daily, and provide additional clarifications
until you are happy with the answer. Just post any additional RFC
same way as you did this one.

Thanks but u have not answered the question.
u mentioned paypal, but does not accept foreign guys.
are there sites or not.
thanks

All right sageworksinc

I was answering the following:

" is this possible,
i know he has a link somewhere in the usa.
how (he) does .. this..."

In USA, and 24 other countries, PayPal is the most important
and widespread method of payment (after the credit cards).
You did not tell me (yet) in which country U reside.

The other question was:
Question: Is this possible?
Question: are there (such) sites or not?

I will answer it now in more direct way
Answer:
NO. They are no sites, in USA or elsewhere
which would operate the way you described.

There are sites which offer such things, but they lie
to get your money. Then THEY laugh all the way to the bank.

   That is why I said:
So be careful.

For some of these offers it is more dificult to
find out that they are a fraud, but what you described
is an obvious fraud. One reason we know it is not possible
is what pinkfreud-ga said in her comment. It just could not
   work that way.

Please feel free to ask for clarification if something
is not clear. But DO NOT JUST REPEAT the same question.
To clarify the answer I need to know more then the original
question revealed (like where u reside).

Please, do note the capitals. On the Internet, that means
SHOUTING which is why it should be used sparingly and rarely.
just for emphasis. It is all explained here. Please DO READ IT.

              Thank You.

> i wount cream anymore.
good that you will not scream any more

> from africa.
Oh - I see. Do you have spell-checkers over there?
There are some free spell-checkers around on the web.
English is not my first language - same as for you,
and I found out that spell-checkers really help
my communication (when I use them).

>want to add anyother thing/

You mean another RFC or post another question?

If you are happy with the answer, please do rate it . It helps me
to improve my skills if I know how well,or how badly, I did answer.
If you are not happy, please do ask for clarification (post RFC).

listen,those were typos.
bcos i was in a hurry.
africa does not mean dumb.
u get ur rating

Clarification of Answer by hedgie-ga on 28 Nov 2003 14:16 PST
Hey
      I know what you mean.
I do the same dumb think quite often:

      leave typos in my answers
becouse I am in a hurry

      - and then I get bad rating,
        even get my answers pulled

I am afraid it is a global thing
same here (in Europe) as elsewhere in this world

-- I was just trying to help (helping) - since
    that is my job here

No thanks for the rating, though.

    good luck

Here is something to consider:

If this person knows how to bring people to a website and sell things
to them, why does he need you? Why would he not set up his own site
and collect all the profits for himself?
Subject: Re: e-commerce
From: sageworksinc-ga on 17 Nov 2003 01:01 PST

yes,i know people getting paid.
i think the guy has a super acc with tripod when he came to us.
and he could register any domain name he wants{full domain},whatever name they want
then part of the money he collects he sets up a credit card processing
acc for them, then they follow his instructions on bringing people to
their site.
then the rest is left to him he says.
the just get a mail saying people have bought from their site, they get
a third party card processor or bank acc.
the shipping is left to this guys group or maybe himself.
now, people are getting paid and of course the customers getting their goods.
this guy must be part of a network of some kind in the usa that runs
the whole thing.
my question is there anything like.
apart from that my friend in that country says the saw a video
interveiw of this guy with bill gates showing some of these tips, but
it was edited not to reveal anything.
it smells clean,my problem is finding likable services like this in the us.
thanks

Sageworksinc, try posting an answer clarification instead of a comment
- researchers are alerted when a clarification is posted but not when
a comment is posted. hummer
