Question ID: 276119
Iīm looking for a russian Science Fiction film, that wa produced in
the 80īs or 70īs. It is about a crew of astronauts that went to a
star, where there tink there is life. On the trip to this star, they
find out that one crew member has a metalic skeleton (a little bit
like Alien 1) They find it out, by cutting in his flesh. At the end
they reach the planet and the last sequence shows (flying to the
surface of the planet) that there is really life. I think, the planet
is Apha Centauri.

Can somebody say the name of the film and where I can get a copy on
VHS or DVD (best case in german language)

Thanx

Hi,

I think I have found your film, I believe it is:

Korabl prisheltsev, which apparently translates to 'The spaceship of Aliens'.
http://us.imdb.com/title/tt0089440/maindetails

It's going to be something else to try and find it somewhere.

This seems to be a Russian DVD store:

My Russian is a bit rusty to say non-existent :) so I don't know for sure.

I'm not posting this as an answer because I didn't find a place where
you can buy it, but I hope this helps.

Thanks.

The language of the web site is most probably Bulgarian, as .bg stands for Bulgaria.

Dear joho123,

Is the film found by Endo-ga the one you're after? If so, you might
want to post the question again, in order to let Researchers know that
you're looking for a copy of the film. Please note: in which languages
you could view it (Russian? Russian with subtitles? Dubbed?), in which
system/zone (all? only NSTC? Only PAL? etc.), and if you would be
satisfied with a library copy of the film.

"Is there another place, (best with
english language) to get this film?"

Please try www.videodrom.com a German video store.

They should be able to help you since they have specialized on
importing all kinds of rare videos. If it exists, they will be able to
get it for you.
