As a general rule, researchers cannot usually reproduce hundreds (or
thousands) of listings of names and addresses from directories, as we
run into copyright protections issues.  However, we can certainly
steer you to the appropriate sources of information to meet your
needs.

There are print directories available of ballet companies around the
world, but I'm not sure they specify if the company is also a school
for the general public.  Would such a directory suit your purposes?
