Dear mongolia,

I was able to find the spiritual leaders or highest representatives of
the following religious communities:
 - Methodists
 - Russian Orthodox
 - Greek Orthodox
 - Orthodox Churches in General
 - Islam (Sunnites)
 - Islam (Shiites)
 - Druzes
 - Mormons
 - Seven Day Adventists
However, the other churches and faiths are either far too fragmented
or too decentralized to have even prominent representative
individuals. Would you like me to post the result of my research as an
answer?

Regards,
Scriptor

Do you need to know the residence of each leader, or is it sufficient
to provide information about the headquarters city, since for most of
these organizations the head person works out of the religious body's
headquarters?

Dear mongolia,

I am sorry for the delay. Due to technical problems, I received note
of your clarification only some minutes ago. But now, here are the
results of my research:

 - Methodist Church -
The highest representative of Methodism is the Chairman of the World
Methodist Council, the roof organization for the various Methodist
churches. Currently, this office is held by His Eminence Sunday C.
Mbang.
See these websites for more information:
-World Methodist Evangelism: World Methodist Council
http://www.worldmethodist.org/wmc.htm
-World Methodist Council: Officers

 - Orthodox Churches -

 -- Russian Orthodox Church
The head of the Russian Orthodox Church is the acting Patriarch of
Moscow. Currently, this office is held by His Holiness Patriarch Alexy
II.
See the Patriachate of Moscow's official website for more information:
http://www.russian-orthodox-church.org.ru/pa2_e.htm

 -- Greek Orthodox Church
The head of the Greek Orthodox Church is the acting Archbishop of
Athens. Currently, this office is held by His Beatitude the Archbishop
of Athens and all of Greece, Christodoulos Paraskevaides.
See the Greek Orthodox Church's official website for more information:
http://www.ecclesia.gr/English/EnArchbishop/EnArchbishop.html

 -- Important!
Please note that the Russian and the Greek Orthodox do also have a
common head: The Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople. Currently,
this office is held by His All Holiness Ecumenical Patriarch
Bartholomew.
See the Ecumenical Patriarch of Constantinople's official website for
more information:
http://www.patriarchate.org/visit/html/biography.html

 - Islam (Sunni) -
The Sunnites do not have a formal head; however, the Grand Imam of the
Al-Azhar Mosque in Cairo is traditionally considered the most
important religious authority of the Sunnites. Currently, this office
is held by Dr. Muhammad Sayid Tantawy.
See the official Al-Azhar website for more information:
http://www.alazhar.org/english/about/cv.htm

 - Islam (Shiite) -
The spiritual leader of all Shiites is Grand Ayatollah Sayyid Ali Husaini Sistani.
Learn more about him on his official website:
http://www.sistani.org/html/eng/

 - Druzes -
The current spiritual leader of the Druze community, the Sheihk
Al-Akl, is Samahat El-Sheikh Bahjat Ghaith.
Follow this link to see a picture of Bahjat Gahith:

Religious Establishment

 - Mormons -
The Mormons or Latter Day Saints are led by a Living Prophet.
Currently, the acting Living Prophet is President Gordon B. Hinckley.

 - Calvinists -
Calvinism does neither have a spiritual leader nor any important
representatives because it is not a church, but a theological doctrine
which is followed more or less strictly by various Reformed Churches,
such as the Scottish Reformed Churches, the Huguenots, the Puritans,
some Presbyterians, the Southern Baptists, the French-speaking
Reformed Churches of Switzerland, or the Dutch Reformed Churches.

 - Seventh Day Adventists -
The Seventh Day Adventists do not have a spiritual leader; if someone
could be called the most important representative of that church, it
would be the president of the General Conference, the most extensive
unit of organization. Currently, Pastor Jan Paulsen holds this office.

The Highest and Supreme Administrative Body of The Baha'i Faith is a
council of 9 individuals who are elected and serve 5 year terms.

This body is known as the Universal House of Justice.

These websites contain explainations about the Universal House of Justice:

Just a note:

QE2 may be the titular head of the Church of England, but the various
Anglican churches follow their own leaders. Rowan Williams is the
Archbishop of Canterbury, which makes him the de facto "leader" of the
Anglican Communion. Presiding Bishop Frank Griswold is the "first
among many" as it were of the Episcopal Church USA. The Anglican
church is actually much more decentralized than many people realize -
which is why the resolution of issues of women/gay priests and
polygamy differ from country to country (and why neither the Queen nor
the Most Rev. Dr. Williams can do much about it).
