Early next week I will be heading to SE Asia for business purposes. 
My first stop will be in Taipei, Taiwan.  Understandably, I am wanting
to stay in touch with my business associates and family while I am
away.  Yes, I know that there will be Internet cafes everywhere.  Yet,
is there a place in Taipei that can sell me an international phone
with picture taking capabilities that will be easily sendable and
compatible with computers in such remote Internet cafes as Cambodia? 
The thing I am after is the ability to communicate via pictures and
telephone especially in-between SE Asian countries.  In a nutshell, I
want a phone that can call in-between different SE Asian countries and
a phone that can take pics to send back to colllegues back home in the
States from anywhere in Asia.
