Hi zaman370,

I found several companies that sell tamper proof security labels, and
have placed them in no particular order. Companies will need to be
contacted to set up the layout of your desired label.

PolyLabel.com
http://www.polylabel.com/

"90% of asset labels and security seals are sold to US customers. We
barcode, number and print logos when requested. We strive for same day
production of asset, security and tamper evident seals or tags. For
asset tags, security seals or labels we contact customers before
printing and can e-mail a "proof" of the labels layout!"

BlueCode.com

"Labels that use low tensile substrates coupled with strong adhesives
that cause the label to disintegrate if they are removed. The label
leaves fragments of itself behind, preventing it from being peeled
from the surface to which is attached and re-applied elsewhere.
Evidence of tamper is obvious.

Labels which incorporate security slits that are not visible when the
label is in place but are evident when the label is removed. Absence
of these slits indicates that the product is counterfeit. The exact
location and positioning of the slits is almost impossible to emulate.

Tamper evident adhesives that leave a chequer board pattern or "VOID"
message on the surface that it was applied to clearly indicating that
it has been removed. This subsequently leaves a matching clear window
on the label. Once removed, the label cannot be re-applied
successfully and evidence of tamper is obvious.

Other labels that can actively stain the surface to which they are
applied, leaving permanent evidence that a label has been removed.

BLUECODE Labelling Technology is particularly versatile within this
market place as we can produce tamper proof labels incorporating other
features such as overprinting with hot foil, special holographic
images..."

"Laser
102350 Tamperproof Gray Permanent
This laser material has a dull silver look to it and a checkerboard
self adhesive that if removed after application leaves a checkerboard
pattern indicating tampering. Must be printed only on a "Low Speed"
tabletop (desktop) Black and White (B/W) Laser Printer that accepts 9
mil (110 lb.) thick label material. Will not work on color lasers,
floor models or high speed lasers. The adhesive is a clear acrylic
adaptable to many surfaces with a minimum application temperature of
50°F and a service range -20°F to 200°F. Custom label templates."

Tamper Proof Labels --- used as Seals

"The basic property one wants of these Seals is that --- once these
labels are applied it should not be possible for any miscreant to be
able to remove them. Therefore these seals are made on such material
that doesn't allow the label to come of in one complete piece ---
these seals have an inbuilt tendency to break off in minute pieces if
one tries to remove them, after having applied the label on the
substrate."
