Thanks for the information. However, the links that you gave hardly
have any information about printers in Europe and Australia (which I
had explicitly asked for, also). Please provide that information also.

Moreover, I am looking for information or links that are hopefully
preformatted by country or region (like the canadian links that you
provided), without my having to sort through the entire list and hand
pick the ones from Europe and Australia.

to the website of Printing Industry Association of Australia.

You will find a comprehensive list of printers in UK at the following
