Can you find some details re: a trial held some 20-25 years ago in Dedham MA in which four or five men were on trial for the murder of the owner of the Hamilton Furniture Store in Braintree MA. The Commonwealth of Massachusetts charged the group with conspiracy to murder and the motive was the insurance proceeds. James St. Clair of the Boston firm Hale & Dorr and Gerald Ault (sp.?)were two of the attorneys. There was a hung jury. Who was the judge? Was there a re-trial, was there a verdict? |
