Please explain "upfront"... Do you wish to receive money before you
actually do anything?

As the previous answer implies, your question is a little vague. 
Perhaps you will be able to clarify it shortly.

In the meantime, I don't know any Affiliate programme that will pay
you before you do any work.  The whole issue of Affiliate programmes
and making money on the net is too big an issue to be able to answer
here.  However, there are plenty of Forums out there where you will be
able to learn about Affiliate programmes and earning money on the net.
 I run my own and you might find some of the articles, threads and
