Five years ago I was buying devices called "Bellringers" from a
company called CIC Systems of America.  I cannot find them now.    The
Bellringer is a small electronic unit which is used to initiate the
class change signals in schools.  The cost was around $500 per unit. 
I believe they were built in the UK, and distributed in the USA
through CIC systems of America.  The old address of CIC Systems was
Box 868 Lakeport, Cal.  95453  Phone 800-367-2565.  A correct answer
to this question consists of finding a source for Bellringers if they
still exist.  Finding out that the units are no longer available does
not qualify as a correct answer.

Answerfinder:  I have new hope now that you will find there is a
source in the USA where I can buy the Bellringer units.  I doubt I
would be allowed to buy from the UK company in small quantities, so I
hope there will be a distributor in the USA.

You'll note that the company's street address is in Kelseyville, CA,
but their Post Office box is in Lakeport, CA. I looked at a map of the
area; Kelseyville and Lakeport are just a few miles apart. It's not
unusual for a business to have a PO box in a neighboring town. Since
the telephone number is the same on Switchboard.com and on the School
Bellringer site, it would appear that this company uses both postal
addresses.
