Dear lindenarabs-ga;
Thank you for allowing me an opportunity to answer your interesting
question. I see now what kind of problems you?ve been having finding a
company to make such a saddle. As you are probably already aware, the
problem lies in the making of the ?tree? large enough to fit a draft
horse and this undertaking usually requires a special injection molded
creation which most companies do not have access to. Having said that,
this turned out to be a challenging question, but one that can be
answered ? albeit with only a couple of hard to find sources.
SIMCO/LONGHORN is a manufacturer of fine draft horse saddles (and
beautiful ones too I might add). I personally contacted this company
for you and they told me that when such an order is made, they either
manufacture custom cordura draft saddles themselves or employ another
manufacturer to do it for them. You can make inquires here:
Simco-Longhorn Co., INC.

STEVENS HOBBY FARM lists a nice custom cordura draft horse saddle on
their web site but I wasn?t able to make contact with them to find out
if they make it or someone else did (apparently they are busy because
their phone certainly was). You can take a look at this piece of tack

Just FYI ? to save you some time and long distance fees, I also
contacted FABTRON SADDLERY, DAKOTA SADDLERY (dba: Liberty Leather) and
BIGHORN LEATHER. Don?t waste your time. In spite of what you might
have seen, heard or read (as I did in my searches) they ALL advised me
themselves that they DO NOT manufacture the cordura draft horse
saddles or have the trees to fit them.

I hope you find that my research exceeds your expectations. If you
have any questions about my research please post a clarification
request prior to rating the answer. Otherwise I welcome your rating
and your final comments and I look forward to working with you again
in the near future. Thank you for bringing your question to us.
