Skitla. This is a board like game similar to pool on a small table
with cue sticks and wooden men that stand in the way. You shoot the
balls with the purpose of not knocking over any of the wooden men. I
am told that it is a well known game in Australia. I need to know where
I can find this game and I perfer to find it in the USA and how much
does it cost?

Hi Tam61!

An Australian website states that the game Skittles is commonly known as SKITLO.

?All communities need some social activities and entertainment and
until the 1930's very little was available at Scarborough, in terms of
organised or commercial entertainment. There were some places where
skittles were played, commonly known as SKITLO, a very popular game at
that time but that was about all.?

Mastergames provides a list and description of various Skittle games.

Could one of the above games be the table board game you had in mind?

Thanks,
Bobbie7
