<I have found two cases where settlements have been agreed and references to other cases. Luciano v Olsten, 93 CV 4953. The plaintiff was awarded $5 million in damages and $180,000 in back pay, expenses and emotional distress. This site also gives references to other cases. http://jonaswelsch.com/articles/glass.html Settlement reached. Class action agains Lawrence National Laboratory. The case was that thousands of female employees were denied equal pay and promotional opportunities at Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. 3,000 women sued the company. One reason why your question has not been answered is that it's very difficult for a Researcher to be certain of finding the "latest" cases. While we can find recent cases, guaranteeing that they are the *most* recent is next to impossible. |

they don't have to be the most recent. anything within the last 5 to 7 years will work. Thank you. |
