Hello
Is it possible to get professional advice from orthopedic specialist
on the web.I have problem with my knee and diagnosis/advice from my
doctor but I would like to hear other opinions.

You might want to check out this question I recently answered for

It has links to UK doctors as well as US, and a few others as well.
