In the United States, Gadzooks stores <http://www.gadzooks.com/> have
an agreement with Von Dutch, which could cause distribution rights
problems to anyone else wishing to sell the hats.
Several other sites offer Von Dutch hats on what they call "Wholesale
Prices". However, one cannot vouch for these sites' reliability, or
even for the authenticity of the products. Wholesale could be attained
usually from official distributors, and not from "just anyone". Here's
