Hello sageworksinc:
It was a pleasure to answer your question. Yes, it sometimes gets diificult
to find out the scholarships available to international students in foriegn
countries. Fortunately, there are organisations that precisely cater to
these needs. I have done extensive research on your question. I came out
with many scholarships but there were limitations involved in many of those.
One of the problems that we encounter is generally the scholarship is
given to students in a certain area. Beside these limits, other restrictions
may include the number of scholarships and the country of citizenship.
I am only providing you a list of those select scholarships that are either
available to all internatioanl students or international students from
Africa. While compiling this list, I also made sure that the scholarships
are not limited to fewer numbers but are distributed widely and in greater
numbers. There were other consideration that I took into account including
the fields of scholarships (similar to your field) and other aspects.
Although the list contains only fifteen such scholarships but be assured
that they are the best resources that you will ever find. Also, I have not
provided this list by individual grants that means that a certain program
may contain one or more scholarships.
You also mentioned about a Nigerian lady who got a scholarship from World
Bank. Well! that is included too. It might be the World Bank Joint Scholarship
Program that is primarily funded through Japan.
I would also like you to look at the 'SKILLED WORKER' programs of certain
countries. This will greatly help you in settling for a long term in those
countries and get various other scholarships. Your credits are excellent.
You shouldn't have any problem getting in. Examples of these programs
include the Skilled Worker Program of Canada where you may get a permanent
resident status in one or two years. Please refer to:
http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/work/index.html
A similar program is introduced by Germany for high-tech jobs like you.
Getting approval is even more quicker and easier. To me, you are the
perfect candidate. Please consult a German Embassy or Consulate in
your country.
There are several other countries with these kind of programs. The only
reason that I am telling you this is because getting a work visa or a
permenant residencey status in many of these countries will not only
help you with your work but also allow you to enjoy various scholarships
and other benefits that are reserved for citizens.
Coming back to scholarships, here is the list.

Thanks for the clarification. My job here is to help your cause and
find everything that will help achieve your goals. Yes, there are two
options. Either you can post a question here and add a tip OR you may
post another question, saying something like 'for leader-ga' etc.
Although, posting a seperate question has its advantages as other web
browsers can look at it.
Anyway, I will wait for your clarification. If you are more
comfertable by posting a question here and adding a tip, than let it
be.
Yes, I understand your question but if you can kindly provide me just
a little more details so that I dont have to clarify again.
Waiting for your clarification.
Best Regards,

Hello sageworksinc:
Sometimes it happens while searching for the gold, you hit a jackpot.
In my case, I think it happened with a perfect website that you
definitely want to look at. To me it is the best you might ever find.
The website in question is http://www.findarecruiter.com . This
website lists career placement agencies worldwide. You can select a
category to furhter refine your search. For example you may look for
the career placement firms for Computer/CAD/CIE/CIM OR Business etc.
The great plus point to this website is that it provides staffing
agencies state by state in USA. Although, it doesn't have that depth
for UK but I would say, it is a treasure mine for USA.
Please note that the website repeats agencies that serve multiple states.
You can click on the agency name for a brief overview and than go
directly to their website. A link is provided to the agency homepage
in the summary page.
