I believe that Google maintains archives on old web pages.  I am
looking for a web page that listed books on cancer research fraud. 
One such page did exist at:  http://www.altcancer.com/lysis.htm  but
it was removed.

The Internet Archive is where older versions of webpages are maintained.

You may use the Wayback Machine to search for archived versions of old Websites.
