Dear Jerry,
Chemoembolization as a treatment for liver cancer, though still somewhat
controversial, is nevertheless offered as a treatment option by some
providers, and there do appear to be a few in the Chicago area.
However, I?ve only been able to locate one major hospital that lists
it for certain as a treatment, as well as two open clinical trials in
Chicago and Urbana. I have found trails that might lead to others,
including three more hospitals and a group of doctors, but the
evidence isn?t conclusive that this treatment is definitively offered.
If this information would be satisfactory as an answer, please let me
know in a clarification and I?ll be happy to post it. If not, perhaps
another Researcher might have better luck.
Regards,
Byrd
