Hi

We are into software development and We would like to get some URL
where we can see some software development opportunities.. ( With
Prospect name and Project details, Terms and conditions..
pre-requisites etc.,) remember We need this "information FREE OF
CHARGE!!" because I feel some URL like "Elance" they charge for such
information.. at the same time We can display our own products
....(1). Mail and messaging suit (2) Server based Call center..

Hope this is clear now or pls contact
bye

I am assuming that you are not looking for job openings or places to
post openings in your firm.

Incase you are looking for oppurtunities in project development you
can look at http://www.sourceforge.net. It lists the various free (GNU
or related license) projects where one can contribute. You can also
start your own project on similar lines and find volunteers.

Hope this helps

I think you really want two different things at once. On the one hand
you want new software ideas, on the other you want extra people to
help implement those ideas.

If you are just after the former then the best place that I've found
is comp.software.shareware.authors
(http://groups.google.com/groups?hl=en&lr=&ie=UTF8&oe=UTF8&safe=off&group=comp.software.shareware.authors).
They are still understandably cautious about throwing their precious
ideas into the open, but there is some reasonable discussion now and
then that can trigger new ideas.

If you want extra help then there are many 'wanted' groups that you
can post to. I'm sure the previously mentioned group would be full of
people looking for programming work, be it shareware or not.

I haven't looked at the Elance web site, but from the sounds of it,
you are wise to be weary of paying for information that could easily
be useless. I guess shouldn't be so quick to judge it without
checking it out. Good luck anyway.

Rent A Coder (http://www.rentacoder.com/) is the only free one I am
aware of. Like you say, Elance and the rest are just trying to make
money themselves and it doesn't seem worthwhile registering with them.
I would like to see a good free site, or even one with a better
pricing structure eg developer only pays minimal fee on project
completion.
