Hi there
I bought an everyone.net email service earlier in the year. I have
expanded the space once by clicking on some link they provided me with
when I was v close to running out. I am again close, but have not had
a link, and cannot work out where to go to expand my service. Can
anyone help ???

Hi wolvies,

The bottom line is there is no link to upgrade your storage space at
this point. The reason there was a link before is you were nearing
80% capacity and at that point they provide you with a way to increase
your space - which you did.

What you'll need to do is either phone everyone.net or email them.

I spoke directly with a delightful gentleman at support who explained
all the ways to reach them. Please note: There will be an additional
cost to upgrade and you'll be provided with all the options, programs
and ways to increase your space.

If you look on your credit card statement - there is a number to call at:

408-519-8200 M-F, 9 AM to 5 PM PT and press #5 for the support department.

(I'm sorry but there is no #800 phone number for them.)

If you don't reach a human, please leave a message and they will call
you back. Sometimes it may take a bit longer than the voicemail
message indicates if they're very busy - but they will call you back.

Your message to them should include a way to contact you either by
email or your phone number.

If you prefer to contact them via email you can use either one of the
following email addresses:

dnssupport@severyone.net

premiumservices@everyone.net

When you email them you will get an auto response, but the message has
been received and they will reply. The man I spoke with told me they
have wonderful support at everyone.net and they'll be happy to assist
you in any way needed.

Google search:
everyone.net

Plus - I phoned the company directly and spoke with support

Hi wolvies,

I forgot to add this contact number which is listed underneath Business Email:

1-877-243-6245

****Note: I phoned this number several times before anyone picked up,
and he told me my call must have 'rolled over' to support. But, it
was at that phone number where I got to talk to the nice gentelman who
gave me all the information in my answer.

Best regards,
tlspiegel

Hi wolvies,

You might try calling 1-877-243-6245 as suggested in my clarification.
That's the number where I was able to find out the information. I
had to call the number 3 times before I reached someone, but he picked
up right away. Good Luck to you!

tlspiegel

I'm not very keen on phoning the USA, unless it is required by them. I
got a sort of reply to my email which suggested that they phone me,
but for similar reasons I rather doubt they want to phone England ! If
they will do it by email it will be a better transaction for the both
of us

:)
