1francesca -- Here is a link to the document you are seeking: British Columbia Ministry of Education: Gifted Learners in the Classroom http://www.bced.gov.bc.ca/specialed/gifted/giftedlearners.htm The document is part of a larger document issued by the Ministry, entitled "Gifted Education: A Resource Guide For Teachers. Here is a link to the table of contents of that document, from which you can link to any other section of the guide that interests you: British Columbia Ministry of Education: Gifted Education -- A Resource Guide For Teachers: Table of Contents http://www.bced.gov.bc.ca/specialed/gifted/ Search Strategy: I used several Google searches that were designed to be broad enough to allow for small differences in the name of the school but specific enough to limit the search results to manageable size. The search terms that led me directly to the document were: "hill secondary school" vancouver gifted ://www.google.com/search?num=100&hl=en&lr=&ie=ISO-8859-1&q=%22hill+secondary+school%22+vancouver+gifted I am certain that this is exactly the information you are looking for, and I am glad to have been able to be of help. If anything is unclear, please ask for clarification before rating the answer. markj-ga |

Hi 1francesca, The closest I could come to any similiarity to this article is located in the Minutes of the Select Standing Committee on Education of the 2001 Legislative Session. The report was presented by Lesley Ansell-Shepherd. You can find it by scrolling about halfway down this page: http://www.legis.gov.bc.ca/cmt/37thparl/session-2/edu/hansard/e11026a.htm Hopefully another researcher will be able to locate the specific article for you. Regards, rainbow~ |
