What level of education are you looking for? I have for example found
an English-language Batchelors course in International Business
Administration. It is a three year (full time) course which allows
specialization in one of four areas including finance, banking and
insurance. It starts in 2005.

Would you also be interested in distance learning?

I am looking for professional coerces (not too academic), for example 
?how to buy real-estate in the Netherlands? or ? How to invest money in Europe?
