On average how much do companies spend on the following adminstrative
areas:  IT, Marketing, Finance, Telecommunications, customer service
(and any other main functions) compared to total revenue (as a % of
revenue)?  We would be also interested in actual dollar amounts.

This question is so broad that it's virtually impossible to answer,
both because you're asking for a wide range of functions and ALL
companies.

I can provide some good numbers for IT spending and for
marketing/sales spending by industry segments in the U.S.

You may wish to break up this question in order to get some concrete data.

I did see the previously answered question which addressed IT
spending.  Perhaps the seach could be narrowed by looking at data for
Law Firms only?  On average how much do law firms spend on the
following adminstrative areas:  IT, Marketing, Finance,
Telecommunicaitons, Customer Service etc.
