I have hard wood windows and doors which are too close fitting to
accommodate compressible draught excluders but do need something. The
one product that has been completely satisfactory is a "Warmseal V
type 4". This is a thin (less than 1mm thick) plastic V section which
is sealed to the frame in such a sense that any draught opens the V
section thus ensuring contact with both the window (or door) and the
frame. Sadly the company making this product has ceased trading and I
have failed to find an equivalent one. Does anyone know an equivalent?

This is a repeat of the same question I asked yesterday but which is
not recorded anywhere in my account.
