Yes I will accept an on line data base -- in my search I have had
trouble accessing a postal address and zip code so that is what I
need.  I want to send some materials to the chaplains at the bases.

Dear plb,

Here are two online databases listing all permanent military bases in
the USA with their postal addresses as well as overseas U.S. military
facilities. Please note that a few postal addresses may not appear for
reasons of security. Also, some addresses are listed in only one of
the two databases, so I recommend checking both sources if the first
try does not lead to a result.

You can search for military bases by various methods. On the data
sheet for each base, full contact information is displayed at the
bottom of the page, so be sure to scroll down.
