What is and were can I buy the best shower drain covers within the UK. 
The cover should be easy to install in an existing domestic shower 
and be good enough to stop hair passing through.

Hi mickr,

Well, I have found the standard drain for catching hair in the shower
and it is available online, however, I've been unable to find a shop
outside North America. I can give you a link to a US shop who is
willing to ship internationally but the cost of shipping seems to be
out of line with the item. Shall I post what I've found as an answer? 
Perhaps you could print out a photo of the drain and take it around to
your local hardware stores.

Thanks but I really was looking for the UK. It is relatively easy to
find the Do-It
Hair Snares by Plumb Shop in the US, and some other types but I really wanted 
to find one in the UK.
