I am looking for the name of the person who was "Mr. Poughkeepsie" in 1982. I believe the "Mr. Poughkeepsie" title comes from the "Mr. New York Teen Pageant". Or, where can this archived information be found? |

I don't think there is a "Mr. New York Teen" pageant. The only references I've found to such a pageant refer to a character in a made-for-TV movie who is said to have been in a "Mr. Teen New York" pageant as "Mr. Poughkeepsie." The movie, which appeared on MTV, is about a made-up "boy band." It is fictional, although it's presented in documentary style. |
