I need  public domain English language rhyming dictionary software or
database of rhymes.  Where can I get one?

By "public domain" do you mean you need it to be free for you to use,
that you're not interested in commercially availble rhyming
software/databases?

I have found a number of "free to use" online databases of rhyming
words and at least one freeware program that you can download which
does the same thing locally on your offline computer. Is this what you
are interested in?
