Hello roseyman-ga,
Thanks so much for posting this question. It was very thoughtful of
you, and will give me a little something extra to be thankful for
during the Thanksgiving holiday coming up here in the U.S. And that's
probably the most "thanks" I've ever had in a single paragraph!
As for the bonus question, I'm not much of web-master myself, but
fortunately, I have some friends and colleagues who are.
If it were up to me, I'd set my Google preferences to show the maximum
100 results per page, and then use the "Find" function (Ctrl-F in
Windows) to search the first hundred results for my webpage. If I
didn't make the Top 100, I don't think I'd worry about searching the
rest of the results.
My fellow researcher, Larre-ga, tells me there's a site that can speed
up the process for you, and even search the top 1,000 results for your
site. It's called Googlerankings.com, and you can give it a test run
at:
http://www.googlerankings.com/
Hope it does the trick.
Thanks again, and all the best...
