Dear mullah-ga
I have identified the document you require. It does not appear to be
available on the internet. I have emailed the main archive for these
type of documents to confirm that they possess the document and how a
copy can be obtained by post. I have already received an automatic
email response indicating that they endeavor to answer within 10
working days. However, I anticipate they will reply before then. I
shall post the answer as soon as I receive it. If this source cannot
help, then I know of two other sources where I can make enquiries.
I trust this meets with your approval.

Dear mullah-ga
The document you require is an Act of Parliament: 12 Geo III c.24, it
was passed in 1772.
The House of Lords Record Office has indicated they can provide a copy
of the Act. As it is only one page long they will provided it free of
charge. They have asked that you supply your name and address.

Therefore, can you please email:
Joshua Surtees, Assistant Archives Officer, House of Lords Record
Office, on hlro@parliament.uk
Because this is a 'one off' with no charge being incurred and too
avoid confusion, can you please ensure that you phrase it as follows:

Dear Mr Surtees
