"Gore-Tex" type microfiber fabric are made by Berhaus, North Face,
Lowe Alpine, and Marmot, among others. I have tried to include some of
each here, when I could find them among your price range. I was unable
to locate any jacket sellers in Shanghai, Hong Kong, or China that did
not require you to place an order for over 1000 items. I have however,

It's a mens winter jacket I'm interested in.
I looked at that allweathers site again but it is not interesting at
all. Like all other sites you have presented their gore-tex jackets
are not in the pricerange I'm looking for ($30-$100).
If you can't locate such a dealer I'm interested in either
a) you are not the right person to answer my question
or less likely:
b) there doesn't exist any websites with such "fake" gore-tex products.

You are certainly entitled to request a refund, as you are not happy

North Face and Marmot are not made of Gore-Tex. Gore-tex is a brand of
microfiber fabric. When you specified jackets " cheap gore-tex jackets
like North Face, Mammut or Marmot" I could only assume that these
brands would fit your requirements.
I supplied you with numerous Gore-tex type of jackets. I understood
your request to mean you wanted similar type jackets, and not "Just"

North Face, Mammut and Marmot were simply examples of brands that have
some jackets with Gore-tex fabric. The main point was the fabric, not
the brands.
If you missed it the first time (in my question) maybe you should have
been able to get it by reading my requests for clarification a little
better?

You are correct. When I began researching this question, I beleived
that Gore-tex was a brand of fabric, that applied only to Gore-tex
jackets. Even after researching< I still found Gore-tex to be a brand
of jacket, as the MArmot and North Face jackets I found, in your price
range were made of Gore-tex-like fabrics, called Isotex, etc.
I truly understood you wanted a Gore-tex clone, ad did not intend to
supply you with sites you were uninterested in.
Amazingly to me, I have found one of the sites I already supplied you
with, The Travel Outfitter, does indeed have a REAL Gore-TEX fabric
jacket for under $79.95USD

Had I properly understood your question, perhaps I would have located
these. As it was, I searched for Gore-tex clones, and omitted real
Gore-tex from my searches. My apologies.
