I am looking for Dr. Stephen (Steven) Seitz in the field of chemistry.
He graduated from University of Pennsylvania in 1981 and did his
graduate work at
Harvard.

I assume that you're looking for the Steven P. Seitz who resided in
Philadelphia in 1981 and was mentioned on this chemical patent
application archived by delphion.com:

A chemist with the exact same spelling and middle initial (i.e.,
Steven P. Seitz) is listed as an author of a recent article in the
