A friend of mine was recently diagnosed with carcinoid tumors.  We are
in the process of researching the disease and are trying to find the
best possible care and doctors/surgeons available.  We have narrowed
our search to the Mayo Clinic and the University of Colorado Cancer
Center.  What I'd like you to research is:  finding as much
information as possible on the following 4 surgeons:  from the Mayo
Clinic:  David M. Nagorney.  And these 3 surgeons from the University
of Colorado Cancer Center:  Martin D. McCarter, Nathan W. Pearlman,
and Gregory Stiegmann.  What we'd like to know is:  how good are these
doctors?  What is their success rate?  What problems, if any, are
known about these doctors?  How are they ranked in their peer group? 
And any and all information about these doctors.  I hope I have given
you enough information to proceed with my request.  If not, please
contact me for more clarification.  We just want to make sure we have
as much information as possible on these doctors.  Thank you for your
