If OSHA recommends that a company have all welders wear safety googles
and the welders refuse and the company backs those workers is the company then
released of all responsibility in case there's an accident?  Where can
I find information on Ethics in Business - I have looked everywhere
for information on this and can find nothing! Can you help me?

Apparently OSHA doesn't give a wink if the workers refuse to wear the
safety goggles. Years ago, my husband had this very experience; he
even offered so sign a release form. (He couldn't wear the goggles
because they fogged up.) He was fired.

Perhaps this anecdotal information will help,
