Considering that NBC aren't even selling the 2nd series yet, I think
you'll have to wait:

As robertskelton said, the 3rd season isn't available yet. Although
the second season is available in the UK.

The First and Second series are currently available in Region 4 (NZ
and Australia) and have been available here well before anything was
made available in Region 1.

Worth knowing.

The third series has just been released in the UK (Region 2) and you
should be able to purchase it over the Internet. I'd recommend
play.com - they tend to have the cheapest prices!
