Roasters should be capable of roasting up to 30lbs per hour.

Dear d_wessell, 

I researched your first question, and found no one manufacturer of
roasters with this capacity in the East Coast (there are in Tennessee,
Nevada, California, and Washington). Would you accept their details as
an answer? Are you sure that you need a manufacturer and not a
distributor (that might also sell you imported European or Brazilian
quality roasters)?

Regarding your second question, you might be better off to post it
separately, as it could be that a Researcher would have an answer only
for one of the questions, but not to the other, and would not post a
partial answer (as it is unprofessional of us).
