I was searching in google last week and I came across a king's
wearable crown that I really liked. It was a gold crown with a fleurs
de lis design adorned with faux purple jewels. It also comes in
silver and is priced at about $54.95. However, I can no longer find
this website and am anxious to purchase this product. Can you please
find this website and tell me where I can find it as it is very
important that I make the purchase as soon as possible.
Thank You

I respectfully submit that this is unlikely to produce the specific
crown you seek, if the one noted above is not it. Retailers typically
do not keep "hidden" stock - they present what they have, because
their goal is to sell it. Special orders of a single item are
unlikely (provided the vendor even has it), as retailers are required
by their vendors to order in specific quantities, though it does vary
by vendor.

My husband was the senior store manager for a national party goods
supplier for five years. His store was the highest volume store in
the region, and they considered Halloween to be their "Christmas
season". Among his responsibilities were working with vendors to
purchase appropriate quantities of various costumes and accessories,
as dictated by planograms and vendor availability. He used to bring
home catalogs from the major vendors, and spend a lot of time tearing
at his hair because vendors didn't always have what customers were
asking for.

He suggests that if the crown noted above is not the one you're
looking for, you either contact one of these vendors directly:

The Paper Magic Group

The Oriental Trading Company

Fun Express

Fun World

...or to expedite your search, visit your nearest Party City store and
speak with the General Manager. If you can provide a highly detailed
description of the item, or a photo or sketch of something similar,
s/he should be able to point you in the right direction. These folks
live and breathe costumes, novelties and accessories, and most GMs can
look at an item or hear a good description and tell you who made it.

Ordinarily, such crowns are hard to find outside of the Halloween
season, but recent years have seen an increased demand for these
around New Year's, so more vendors are keeping these in stock.

I wish you the best of luck in your search!

Hmm.. I don't see a fleur de lis or purple jewels in the one that you
were provided. Perhaps one of these is closer:

If these comments do not identify the item you are seeking, did you
use your own computer when viewing the web page? It may still be in
your browser's history cache. Just a thought.
