Where can i find some questionnaire which EMI music ask there customer.
The Questionnaire topic would be base on how do they improve the
company product and service etc.
Or somthing around those topic.
i would pls to offer a good tip who can help me.

Hi Colin,

I have a survey card that was packaged with a set of compact discs
made by Capitol-EMI Music. The survey card has 12 questions. For
example, one of the questions is "How many albums do you buy per
year?"

The customer was requested to fill out the questionnaire and return it
by mail to Capitol-EMI Music.

If this is the sort of questionnaire that you had in mind?  Would a
list of the 12 questions from the survey card be acceptable to you as
an answer?
