Please try the following:

Click the Refresh button, or try again later.

If you typed the page address in the Address bar, make sure that it is
spelled correctly.

To check your connection settings, click the Tools menu, and then
click Internet Options. On the Connections tab, click Settings. The

Some sites require 128-bit connection security. Click the Help menu

security you have installed.
If you are trying to reach a secure site, make sure your Security
settings can support it. Click the Tools menu, and then click Internet

Maybe there is an error in the routing table of your Internet Service Provider:

I mean the servers of your ISP can't find the sites you want to see.

You can try to change your DNS with the DNS of another ISP near you.

Or simple you can try to see your sites via an online proxy like these:

http://www.anonymization.net/
https://www.megaproxy.com/
http://www.pureprivacy.com/
http://www.anonymizer.com/services/surf_for_free.html

Simple enter the addresses you want in the blank field of these online proxies.

I hope this help you.
Have a nice day.
