What Newsletter is part 1 referring to? Any hypothetical situation

a small firm which has been operative for sometime,wishes to put out a
weekly newsletter to its shareholders.the information on the
newsletter are introduction of company,adverts of new products and
balance sheet.

1.my answer should contain evaluation of the firms electronic

So you're looking for a description of a computerized newsletter
system--what type of files and file linking structures there should
be, how information destined for the newsletter is automatically
updated, what could go wrong, discuss what leads to inaccuracies, that
sort of thing?
