I have an Access database that contains survey results that need to be summarized for a report. That data structure is as follows: SurveyID AutoNumber/Primary Key Question1 Number/Byte Question2 Number/Byte ? down to ? Question75 Number/Byte The values in the question fields come from option groups on a form and are 0 to 6. I need to know the totals for each value in each field. ie 10 people answered 6 on question 3. I thought that I?d need to make up a crosstab query to get this to work, but was unsuccessful. Any ideas? Thanks |
