Is it possible that the first lines of the song are actually like this:

"My name is Jack and I live in the back 
Of the Greta Garbo home.
With friends I will remember wherever I may roam..."?

If so, I could give you rather detailed information on the song.
However, it has not been written or performed by Alan Price. So please
let me know if you think that this could be the correct song.

Perhaps the lyrics were written not by Alan Price but by Manfred Mann?
But I think that the number was,indeed, recorded by Alan Price. Could
you clear this up? I have come across the complete lyrics by another
route, so you need not send them. Thanks!
