Specifically here is what I require:

Japanese Snacks.com - http://www.japanesesnacks.com/
Their ad says..."Provider of popular Japanese snacks, beverages, and
health foods. Secure international purchasing and shipping provided."
but when I got to the website all that was there was a sign-up for
their e-mail list.

This website looked really good
Asian Munchies - http://www.asianmunchies.com/
"The best online source for Asian Snacks, including Glico Pocky and
Glico Pretz, Meiji Fran and Yan Yan, Kasugai Gummies, Calbee Chips,
Kasugai Wasabi Nuts, Ramen Instant Noodles and Original Gift Baskets!"

Here is a list of 13 on-line Japanese food suppliers in thegoogle
directory

search term: ethnic food suppliers japanese

Hope this was what you were looking for.

Well, the first place, japanesesnacks.com seems to be closed right now
for renovation. I signed up for their email list and received the
response "Right now our store is still in transition pending a
complete rework of our company and partners."

All of the other places are *retail*. Unfortunately there's no way
that I can buy from them at retail, pay to have the inventory shipped
to me, and then sell it again for retail. I need a supplier to sell to
me at a much-reduced price so that I can make a profit.

So far this answer has failed to provide the very specific information
I require. I thank you for what you've found so far, but I can't be
satisfied until I can actually pick up the phone and call a company
that specializes in supplying goods to retail establishments.

The research on the addresses was helpful. Ultimately I didn't get the
answer in the form I wanted, but I concede that perhaps such an answer
doesn't exist. Thanks.

This page has a note right at the very bottom stating they sell
wholesale, and a contact email address.

Might be worth a look!

asiafoods.com at
http://www.asiafoods.com/asi/index.cfm?did=7
also has a note stating that they can provide some foodstuffs
wholesale.

In fact, I bet if you were to contact the retail suppliers above, they
may be able to sell their products to you wholesale, or advise you on
their suppliers.

Cheers,
A.
